Once you submit your project details and vision, we begin the design process based on your goals and preferences. After the initial design is completed, we send over a PDF proof for review. If approved, we finalize the design and provide all final files, including an editable Canva link and PowerPoint version when applicable.

To begin your project, we’ll need a few key details, including your business name, a brief description of your brand, your target audience, design preferences or inspiration, and any existing brand assets (such as logos, colors, or fonts). If your project involves written content (for example, a website or business card), we’ll also need all finalized text.

While it’s not required, providing examples or inspiration is highly recommended. It helps us better understand your vision, streamline the design process, and create a final result that aligns closely with your brand and goals.

Our services are priced based on the scope and complexity of each project. Design services typically start at $55, with final pricing determined after understanding your specific needs and goals. Once we review your project details, you’ll receive a customized quote tailored to your vision.

We accept secure payments through Squarespace invoices, which allow for convenient online checkout via a direct payment link. For added flexibility, we also offer a buy now, pay later option through Sezzle on eligible projects.

Because all design work is custom and tailored to each client, payments are non-refundable once a project begins. We do, however, work closely with you throughout the process and include revision rounds to ensure the final design aligns with your vision.

Our standard turnaround time is 10–14 business days, depending on the scope of the project. In some cases, projects may be completed sooner, but this timeframe ensures we deliver high-quality, well-refined designs.

Each project includes 2 revision rounds, allowing us to refine and perfect your design based on your feedback. Additional revisions can be accommodated if needed for an added fee.
